We are proud to announce the arrival of our hand selected single barrel of Barrell Bourbon. Barrell Bourbon only sends out 30 singles barrels throughout the entire country each year and we are excited to offer you what we think is one of the best barrels that we have had the pleasure of tasting.

This particular barrel was distilled in Tennessee, rings in at an unassuming 121.8 proof and had been resting for 10 years before its bottling. Each bottle is individually numbered and marked with the barrel number 9E55 as well as the Redstone Barrel Society tags to to ensure the quality and care that went into selecting this barrel personally by us for you.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Warm and inviting fall spices with hints of caramel and vanilla with a touch of dark fruit.

Palate: Caramel dipped cherries and stewed dark fruits. Mouth watering toffee and baking spices compliment the mid palate with a slight touch of oak.

Finish: Slow and long lasting finish of oak, vanilla and spice leaving you savoring the next sip.
