The last in our series of Fest style events is our WHISKEY FEST! With months of planning this lineup is proving to be one not to be missed! (like seriously this list all be bananas) \nWe will ALSO  be releasing not one but two our hand selected single barrels… \nThe first being our Knob Creek Bourbon Barrel this year’s pick was born on January 16th of 2004 making it almost 15 years old. This barrel is proofed higher than the OG version and is a certifiable “cherry bomb” \nThe third is our Virginia Distilling RUM cask finished highland malt whiskey! This is the 3rd and final in a series of highland malt whiskey that we have exclusively for our redstone barrel society customers. The original 2 (cold brew and red wine cask finishes will also be sampled at this event) \nBonus: Remember last years Old Weller antique Barrel? Well we Partnered with Single Barrel Cellar and had them age their incredible maple syrup in it for us. They also went a step further and added vanilla beans and cocoa nibs to a portion of it to give us TWO versions of this delicious pairing of whiskey and syrup. Perfect to make cocktails with or pour over waffles\, ice cream and pancakes. (they will also be in house pouring samples so you can taste) \nBonus # 2: Union Square donuts will be at this event with a special donut made with one of our single barrel whiskeys!
