Happy to announce the arrival of our Redstone Barrel society Single barrel of New England Barrel company Bourbon. This is barrel number 15-01 and distilled in Indiana. It is aged 7.5 years and bottled at cask strength (118.84 proof) and non chilled filtered.
Tasting notes boast bold maple and cherries up front finishing with slight baking spice on the finish. Splash of water brings out the aromatics of butterscotch and accentuates the cherry on the mid palate.
