Happy to announce the arrival of our hand selected single barrel of Knob Creek Bourbon. This barrel rested in Warehouse 1 on the 3rd floor in rick 54 for 9.5 years and were bottled at 120 Proof exclusively for our Redstone Liquors Customers.
On first impression a nose of warm buttered caramel hits your senses. Followed by a thicccc luscious mouthfeel with big notes of caramel and chocolate (think milky way bar )and finishes strong with dark cherries and baking spice in the finish. The finish lingers of toasted coconut, dark chocolate, baking spice and more cherry making you long for that next sip.
