Springdale Beer Co. Private sit down Sour tasting
In anticipation of the holiday season we’re opening the vault and digging into vintage barrel-aged beers with Joe Connolly, head of Springdale Beer Company.
For the past three years they’ve been carefully blending some of the best barrel-aged beer on the market, including one of Wine Enthusiast’s top beers of the year, “Friends in Merlot Places.” We’ll be opening bottles, learning about barrel-aging and cellaring beer, and digging into a new, otherwise brewery-only release, “Gilded & Aged” – a magnum only, Champagne-yeast-finished beer inspired by a trip to Champagne houses in Reims. Check out their flavor forward fermentation in this one of a kind tasting!
